Anna Manora

President & Chief Executive Officer

Born in Macon County, Alabama and raised in Winter Haven, Florida, Anna Manora is a retired K–8 educator with over 21 years of experience teaching in Virginia, Texas, and Alabama. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education, a Master’s in Education, and a Doctorate in Religious Studies.

Now residing in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband Greg and their two sons, Anna remains deeply committed to education and community service. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Pillars, where she leads with vision and compassion to uplift underserved communities and foster transformative change.

Anna’s passion for empowering others extends beyond the classroom. Whether mentoring students or guiding community initiatives, she brings both heart and expertise to everything she does—always focused on helping others grow, thrive, and succeed.
