The Pillars Board of Directors provides independent oversight, accountability, and strategic guidance to help ensure our organization remains faithful to its mission and responsible to the communities, partners, and donors who trust us.

Our Board helps safeguard the organization’s financial integrity, reviews major strategic decisions, promotes ethical governance, and provides guidance as Pillars grows its partnerships and service across communities. Board members serve as stewards of our mission while allowing Pillars' leadership team to manage the organization's day-to-day operations.
